In the times when students graduate from school with heavy debt and spend the majority of their income in repaying their school loans, it becomes important to invest in a program that offers value for money. This is why Quest Nursing Education Center, based in Oakland, California has announced the licensed vocational nurse (LVN) program with affordable tuition fees and flexible payment plans as well as earning opportunities.

Approved by the Bureau for Private Post Secondary Education (BPPE) and the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technician (BVNPT), Quest Nursing Education Center allows its graduates to keep their hard-earned income. The school offers optional work-study programs, where students are enabled to work during the program and their earnings are directly applied towards their tuition fee.

While most other schools offer their programs 5 days a week, Quest Nursing Education Center offers 3 days class, so the students have the option to use the remaining two days for work-study, working as a nursing assistant. The school also provides the option to attend school in both day and evening time. With the work-study program, the students can meet the health care shortage demand that plagues the United States. The students can work as a CNA, providing nursing care to the elderly in a long term care setting.

Even the long term care facilities have expressed appreciation for the program as they constantly experience shortages in health care workers. The students of Quest Nursing Education Center’s LVN program are currently helping them to meet those needs. Furthermore, the students who choose not to participate in work-study have an opportunity to pay the tuition fee in easy installments.

The LVN program has garnered a great response from the students since its inception. Backed by expert faculty and administration, the program boasts of a high license examination passing rate of the graduates. The school not only facilitates an educational learning center focused on helping adults, but also serves a multitude of students with diverse backgrounds. It is offering a comprehensive and affordable program for anyone with a desire to help and support the community and interested to build a career in nursing.

Through the LVN program, the students will achieve the desired skills to excel in their field, in addition to learning life management skills, enhance their possibility of finding jobs, and increase their opportunity for career advancement.

Apart from the LVN program, the school currently offers the certified nursing assistant (CNA) program, Home Health Aide (HHA program), IV Therapy and Blood Withdrawal, Medical Assistant Programs and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program. The school is also planning to add more programs like the Registered Nursing (RN) Program.
